I love hare bells too and was pleased to spot some in a Kentish meadow this weekend - so delicate. I've never seen such tall heal all! We had some in our garden this year but sadly it doesn't seem to have reappeared... I might go and investigate again right now!

Did you find any self heal in the garden?! Amazing how different it grows based on where it is and how much it's mowed, when I first found it growing so tall, I had to triple check my id of it as it looked so different!

Sadly not, though I spotted some along the river. According to my wildflower book there's also 'Large selfheal', which grows to 60cm tall!
