Those frosty images are so beautiful! Colorado Springs doesn't get frost like this often because of the dry air. And when we DO get frost, I'm driving to work 😂
Thank you Erik! I enjoyed putting this video together - something different for us with the voice over but it worked really well on the end. I feel like I'm finally getting better at operating the camera for video too! Fingers crossed for some cold weather for you - will look forward to seeing what photography opportunities it offers you!
The film looks really good with the changes of focus in the shots. That's something I can't do with my GoPro. I have footage to make films from my last 2 trips, but after that I'm thinking of pausing the film making. I find myself growing frustrated with the process of filming while hiking and I'm just not proud enough of the end product to make it worthwhile. Oh, well, it will let me put more attention to the photos! Hopefully we get some snow or frost this year. Last winter we got nothing.
I loved your video. Really captured the essence of slowing down and immersing in nature, rather than skimming the surface to bag the next trig point or rushing to complete the next trail section. Becoming the nature we truly are, maybe? Thank you.
The video was so soothing and a great reminder of how to be in Nature💚 and I love the frosty photos ❄️ so beautiful. Thank you again ☺️

Great video! And I love the frost photos, too! We still haven't had a first frost this season, but some cold weather is coming this weekend.
